The Falcon XL (60″ wide) is Roofnest's largest aluminum hard shell roof top tent. It can fit 2-3 adults and/or your canine companions, and is still less than 7″ tall when closed. The Falcon XL has accessory channels on 4 sides for attaching awnings, recovery gear, etc (up to 50 lbs per side), and an optional set of crossbars to carry bikes, kayaks, skis, or anything else you need for your adventure. The focus of the Falcon design is rugged durability and a sleek, aerodynamic design. Both the Falcon and Falcon XL keep the same low profile when closed. Now featuring integrated LED lighting.

Aluminum Shell
The top shell is a sandwich construction with 2 sheets of aluminum and a 1 cm insulating foam in between. The bottom shell is made with honeycomb aluminum that features 2 accessory channels for mounting gear. The accessory channels allow up to 75 lbs per side. Every Roofnest roof top tent is rated to support up to 650 lbs.
Wall Material
The Falcon 2 tent material consists of 320g poly-cotton – GRS certified (recycled) w blackout coating on the inside. The black coating does an exceptional job of blocking out any light so your tent becomes a perfect sleeping cave.
Gear Grid
A Gear grid on the ceiling keeps you well organized by providing 5 large pockets and 1 clear pocket for watching videos on your tablet or phone.
Ladder
Comes with an 8.5 foot aluminum telescoping ladder with slanted steps for comfort.
Built-in Mattress
The Falcon 2 XL has a 2.5 inch thick true memory foam mattress (the type first used by astronauts). It’s so comfortable, it may be time to upgrade your bed at home to the one that’s in this tent! The days of thin, roll out foam pads on hard, uneven ground are over!

please note that these adapters are only compatible with the older style of falcon crossbar - shipped prior to july 2021. a set of two falcon crossbar adapters that attach to the top of your (old style) falcon crossbars and provide a mounting system for additional accessories. the adapter sets come with two adapters, two loops, and the m8 nuts and bolts for mounting to your (old style) falcon crossbars.
